Dear Messrs. Rogalski and Lehman,

By [OFF THE RECORD] I mean, off the websites. It means that I commit not to publish this communication online or anywhere else nor to reveal to anyone else the content of this email, except of course if I am forced to under severe duress.

Mr. Rogalski, do you remember what you asked me on September 20, 2021?

https://www.federal-bureau-of-investigation.com/open-letters/2021-09-20-adam-rogalski-assistant-legal-attache-first-email/
(Federal-Bureau-of-Investigation.com is a NON-OFFICIAL website on the FBI)

Please let me know what you are comfortable sharing over email or telephone.” (Adam Rogalski)

Question for Mr. Rogalski: what if there are things I am not comfortable to share neither over email nor telephone but only in person? How do we do?

I wish I was living in Beijing, it would certainly make things easier.

Mr. Lehman, sir, please, I am begging you: please help me. Like you told me via WeChat if I recall correctly, Mr. Rogalski is working for the State Department, not for the FBI. If I recall correctly, I replied to you that he said he was an Assistant Legal Attaché and therefore affiliated to the FBI. But there is still kind of a grey zone: my understanding is that he is first of all paid by the State Department which means that he won’t necessarily transfer everything I say to him to the FBI. Which might not be such a bad thing.

Mr. Rogalski, you know… I am trying really really really hard to think how [REDACTED] and… and the fact we are dealing with one of the biggest fraud in history, which in theory, if the rule of law was to be enforced, would lead to the bankruptcy of McDonald’s Corporation… well… yes… I am really struggling.

I want a break. I believe after fighting for more than 10 years against a very powerful criminal entity I’ve earned the right to live in peace free from stress and anxiety.

Mr. Rogalski, if you can not yet answer me directly on certain aspect of the case, I still must insist you tell me who is the FBI victim specialist. For potentially other sensitive issues, you can talk to Mr. Lehman if he accepts to talk to you. On top of this, isn’t his office located nearby the U.S. Embassy?

Mr. Lehman, if, and only if, there are things you think I shouldn’t talk about or publish online, you could tell me for example that “[you] think it would be better if [I] didn’t publish this online” and I will understand. But otherwise, I have to keep publishing like you told me to (for the record, [REDACTED]).

I am too stressed and Mr. Rogalksi, keeping silent doesn’t make things easier for me, quite the opposite. Me, as a victim of financial, organized, crime, and a key witness in that major RICO case, I wish I had some more psychological support from the FBI. I know the case is real, the more I read about U.S. laws, the more I am becoming conscious that McDonald’s is indeed virtually bankrupt, if and only if of course the rule of law is respected.

Mr. Rogalksi, please help me.
Mr. Lehman, please help me.

Thank you,

Vincent Le Corre

I am the key witness and whistleblower in the major criminal RICO case targeting McDonald’s Corporation and their accomplices for fraud, money laundering, and corruption of foreign officials and magistrates. Initially granted anonymity by the European Court of Human Rights (Rules 33 and 47 of the Rules of Court), I made the decision in August 2023 to temporarily go public with my identity. This decision, driven by concerns for my own safety and that of my loved ones, was taken despite the potential risks, hoping it will be temporary only and that I can return to anonymity soon.
