Dear Ms. Ralls-Morrison,

I recently came across a LinkedIn post announcing your upcoming receipt of the CCWC 2024 Diamond Award of Excellence in Las Vegas at the Bellagio, as quoted by Ms. Laurie N. Robinson Haden. While many have extended their congratulations, I find myself in a position of contemplation rather than celebration.

In your esteemed role as Chief Legal Officer, you are undoubtedly aware of the multifaceted responsibilities it entails, including a fiduciary duty to the company, a duty to shareholders, and, critically, a duty to uphold the law.

Given these responsibilities, I am compelled to question your ongoing association with an organization that has engaged in serious crimes. How does one reconcile the receipt of compensation under such circumstances, which are tainted by the criminal activities of McDonald’s Corporation over the years?

A few months ago, on April 28, I discussed with my lawyer a LinkedIn post by Jessica Nwokocha, which included a photo of you wearing a Christian cross. This observation led me to hope that as a fellow Christian, you might be particularly receptive to ethical considerations. The Christian faith, as I understand it, implores its followers to act with integrity and righteousness.

The crimes of McDonald’s Corporation and its accomplices are, in my view, of grave concern. As a representative of this company, you are in a unique position to influence change and to guide the corporation towards practices that are not only legally sound but also morally upright.

In light of these considerations, I urge you to reflect on your role and the impact of your decisions, not just as a legal officer, but as a person of faith and integrity. Our actions define us, and history kindly remembers those who choose the path of ethical righteousness.

I hope this letter finds you in a spirit of reflection and that it contributes, in some small way, to positive changes.

Sincerely,

Vincent B. Le Corre

I am the key witness and whistleblower in the major criminal RICO case targeting McDonald’s Corporation and their accomplices for fraud, money laundering, and corruption of foreign officials and magistrates. Initially granted anonymity by the European Court of Human Rights (Rules 33 and 47 of the Rules of Court), I made the decision in August 2023 to temporarily go public with my identity. This decision, driven by concerns for my own safety and that of my loved ones, was taken despite the potential risks, hoping it will be temporary only and that I can return to anonymity soon.
